All orders are subject to acceptance by the company. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (?) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Payments can be made via online payment gateways, UPI, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard processing time for orders is 2–5 business days.

Shipping timelines depend on the courier service and delivery location. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

6. No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the spiritual nature of our products, including the Jiten Pyramid, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the product has been shipped.

Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and specifications before placing an order.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is received damaged during transit, the customer must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

The company will assess the issue and may replace the damaged product at its discretion.

Claims made after 24 hours from delivery will not be entertained.
